Q - Are pets allowed?
A - No

Q - What utilities are included in the rent?
A - High-Speed Internet, trash removal, recycling, lawn care, snow removal

Q - Will the power be on when I get there?
A - Yes!  We have landlord-tenant agreements with all utilities.  Water, Gas, Electric, and Internet will all be available when you move in.  It is your responsibility to have the water, gas, and electricity switched into you or your roommates' names within 2 business days.

Q - What about parking?
A - There is one free parking spot per tenant

Q - How far is it to campus?
A - All properties are within 1-2 blocks from Grawn.

Q - What are your leases like?
A - Leases are 10-month joint and several lease.  Separate summer leases are also available.  We offer several payment plans to meet everyone's budget.

Q - Can I sublet?
A - Yes, with landlord approval.

Q - How do I view the unit I wish to rent?
A - Just call or email Michelle Buccilli and she will contact you to schedule an appointment to see the unit.

Q - Where is Marshall's College Rentals Office?
A - In our home in Mt. Pleasant, MI.

Q - How do I lease a unit from Marshall's College Rentals?
A - You need to complete the online application for consideration. Include previous landlord and employer references.  Damage and cleaning deposit due at signing.

Q - Do you accept credit card payments?
A - Yes!  We accept credit cards, Venmo, cash or check.

Q - Do you require a down payment?
A - Yes, We require a $450 deposit.  This is what covers any damages to the apartment and a cleaning fee.  We pride ourselves in providing you a spotlessly clean and well-maintained living space.
